Concierge Care refers caregivers that provide a variety of home care services. Our goal is to enable seniors to get the care they need so they can remain in their own home. The caregivers we refer are available from a few hours per day up to 24/7.
All Concierge Care offices are licensed by the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA), insured and bonded. Additionally, all caregivers hold their own liability insurance and some carry their own Workers Compensation.
The Concierge Care process begins with understanding the unique care needs of each of our clients. This is accomplished by having a specially trained Senior Care Advisor assist you with identifying your potential care needs. We then work to identify one or more caregivers who can best meet your needs. You then have the opportunity to meet and approve of the caregivers in advance of care referral services starting. We strive to maintain the fewest caregivers as possible to maintain continuity of care and will follow up to ensure you are completely satisfied with the services you receive.
Every caregiver has graduated from an accredited state board of nursing approved program and satisfies ACHA requirements for caregiver certifications. Each has at least 6 months experience caring for seniors, and most have several years.
Concierge Care referral services are available from 2-24 hours a day. So, whether you need just a bath visit, around the clock care, or anything in between, we are available for you.
Yes, no matter when you call you will speak with a local care coordinator, not an anonymous call center. We are always available for you.
Many of the services are paid directly by the person receiving care. We also accept long-term care insurance and VA aid and attendance benefits. We can help you apply for and manage these benefits. Unfortunately, we do not accept any government programs.
Private duty care enables a person to live independently. They are able to stay in their own home, close to loved ones, friends and familiar surroundings, while getting the qualified care they need.
Yes, each client is in charge of their own care and we recognize those needs will change over time. Concierge Care does not bind you to long-term agreements. You may change the type of services provided, number of hours required or terminate at any time.
